Product introduction

Non-leakage gas flat gate valve is specially used for natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, oil products, etc. It completely solves the problem of loose closing and immobility caused by gas coking caused by the valve with unique design, novel structure and good sealing performance, effectively improves the sealing performance and service life, and truly reaches zero leakage. When the internal pressure of the valve is equal, the gate is closed. The PTFE seal ring on the surface of the seat forms the initial seal. The seat ring cleans both sides of the gate each time the valve is opened or closed.


When pressure is applied to the valve, the pressure acts on the gate, forcing it close to the PTFE ring on the outlet seat, compressing it until the gate stops on the steel seat. In this way, a double seal is formed, first a PTFE to metal seal, then a metal to metal seal, and the seat is also firmly picked up into the groove, at which point the O-ring prevents any rear medium flow. 


After the body pressure is relieved, the inlet seal is formed, and the pipe pressure acts on the inlet seat - moving it towards the gate, which forms a PTFE metal seal, while the O-ring forms a tight seal with the seat groove.


The valve automatically releases excess pressure. When the valve body pressure is greater than the pipe pressure, the inlet valve seat is pushed to the groove due to thermal expansion, and the excess pressure in the valve body is discharged into the pipe between the valve seat and the gate.
